Senior Payroll Coordinator

Our dynamic and growing company is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Coordinator to lead our payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Role Overview:

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate compensation while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise payroll records (benefits, deductions, garnishments).

Qualifications:

  • Required: 5-8 years of combined payroll and accounting experience with multi-state payroll expertise. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and accounting principles.
