Role Expectations – What You’ll Do as a Complex HCA

Deliver compassionate care tailored to complex health needs

Record care notes accurately and clearly

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team

Support mental health and spinal injury rehabilitation

Ensure consistency and safety in all aspects of care
Who We’re Looking For – Complex HCA Candidate Profile
-
1 year+ experience in home or care home settings (required)

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficient with written records and attention to detail

Compassion, commitment, and a person-centred approach
-
Valid UK work permit (no sponsorship offered)

Driving license and access to transport (preferred)
Location & Shift Information
Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells – applicants must be able to commute or plan relocation
Shifts: Day, night, weekends, and holidays available (12–36 hours/week)
