What Does a Payments and Billings Administrator Do?

The Payments and Billings Administrator will manage the financial processes behind adult social care billing and payments. You’ll:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email

  • Work with care providers and internal departments

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial administration

  • Use MS Excel and internal systems to maintain data accuracy

  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment and billing issues

Your ability to work independently while showing empathy and professionalism will be key to your success.
