TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a leading building consultancy to recruit a skilled Stock Condition Surveyor – Birmingham. This role offers the chance to complete pre-scheduled surveys across a variety of social housing properties. As a Stock Condition Surveyor – Birmingham, you’ll use a tablet to assess conditions of key components like kitchens, bathrooms, and central heating systems. This is a flexible, outside IR35 role paid per completed survey—ideal for professionals with a strong eye for detail and experience in property inspection.
Stock Condition Surveyor – Birmingham Responsibilities
Key duties of the Stock Condition Surveyor – Birmingham role include:

Conducting Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments

Identifying defects, hazards, and signs of wear and tear

Assessing remaining lifespans of elements like bathrooms and kitchens

Using a tablet device to complete 5–8 surveys per day

Submitting accurate reports via dedicated survey software
