We are looking for an Associate (Geotechnical) Engineer to contribute to our growing Ground Engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across the UK and internationally, focusing on sustainable and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Coordinate and manage geotechnical aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Technical Oversight: Review and assess design work, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with internal systems.

Mentorship: Develop and mentor junior engineers and technicians within project teams.

Client Engagement: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

Design Production: Prepare and check engineering designs, calculations, reports, drawings, and models.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; a Master’s degree is advantageous.

Professional Status: Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE or equivalent).

Experience: Proven experience in geotechnical design and project management within infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio) and a deep understanding of soil and rock mechanics.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
