Pay: £12.25 per hour + tronc (total package £15–£17 per hour)
Schedule: Daytime & evening shifts available

Position Summary: Server
We’re on the lookout for friendly, enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic Front of House team. As a Server at The Blues Kitchen, you’ll be the first and lasting impression for our guests—welcoming them, recommending menu favourites, and delivering smooth, high-energy service from start to finish.
You’ll thrive in our busy, late-night venue and bring consistent positivity and professionalism to every shift.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home

Take accurate food and drink orders, and relay them efficiently

Recommend dishes and drinks with confidence and knowledge

Manage your section effectively, even during peak hours

Follow all service steps and allergen safety procedures

Work closely with teammates to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar setting
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A guest-first mindset and genuine love for hospitality
Attention to detail and a team-player attitude
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and busy late-night shifts
