About the Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll support marketing and sales activities across a portfolio of energetic and engaging pubs and restaurants, helping us stand out in a competitive market.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and proactive sales, while working closely with senior leadership and venue teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Creation

Assist in the creation and scheduling of content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Collaborate with senior leadership to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

Liaise with designers, content creators, and our PR agency for brand activations, press opportunities, and seasonal promotions.

Coordinate and assist with on-site photo and video shoots.

Support the production of email newsletters, menus, print marketing, and in-venue materials.

Contribute creative ideas for seasonal events, brand partnerships, and guest experiences.
Sales & Bookings

Manage and respond to inbound booking enquiries including events, group dining, and private hire.

Proactively reach out to local businesses, corporates, and past clients to generate new bookings and awareness.

Maintain booking platforms and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely data.

Liaise with General Managers and venue teams to guarantee seamless event execution.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points For:

Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools like Later or Planoly.

Familiarity with booking tools such as OpenTable, SevenRooms, or DesignMyNight.

A background or interest in hospitality, food & beverage, or event management.

Experience in email marketing, PR, or photography/content creation.
