About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our commercial team at our London Heathrow office. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in sales support and marketing administration, ideally within the travel industry.

You will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes, supporting business development, maintaining CRM accuracy, and helping drive performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage administrative tasks for the commercial team, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.

  • Maintain and regularly update CRM systems and customer databases with accurate records.

  • Process and manage sales contracts and ensure documentation is compliant and up to date.

Sales Support

  • Assist with outreach communications including cold emails, follow-ups, and calls.

  • Help prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and client documentation.

  • Support sales tracking by maintaining the sales pipeline, monitoring progress against targets, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Generate and analyse sales reports to provide key insights and recommendations.

Marketing & CRM Coordination

  • Support the development and use of CRM tools across the commercial team.

  • Manage and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and campaign tracking data.

  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Reporting & Insights

  • Assist in compiling weekly/monthly commercial performance reports including KPIs and activity summaries.

  • Provide data-driven insights for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–4 years’ experience in sales administration and marketing support (required).

  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.

Skills & Tools:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within a team.
