Role Overview:
As a Marketing & Sales Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the marketing and sales teams across a variety of operational and project-based initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Project Management

Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including managing guest registration, coordinating demo logistics, and supporting venue arrangements.

Liaise with vendors, external agencies, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery.

Provide post-event support including performance tracking, data collection, and reporting.

Collaborate on cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery.

Monitor timelines and deliverables, identifying risks and proactively resolving bottlenecks.

Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and planning.
Sales Operations Support

Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with customers and partners.
