What You Can Expect

As Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team responsible for all key functions of the revenue cycle, including:

Patient registration
Insurance verification
Charge capture
Medical coding
Claims submission
Payment posting
Denial management

You will develop and execute strategies that optimize operational efficiency, financial performance, and service quality. Leveraging data and key performance indicators, you’ll identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and introduce innovations that align with organizational goals.

This role requires collaboration with physicians and clinical teams to ensure financial processes support exceptional patient care. You’ll also address and resolve complex billing issues and denials with deep industry expertise. Additionally, you’ll present detailed, data-driven performance reports to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required (higher education preferred)
Proven experience in leadership and team management within revenue cycle operations
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in healthcare billing systems and EMR platforms
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer requirements
