Treasury Analyst (Contract) – Adroitts
Adroitts is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily and month-end treasury, cash management, and investment activities. This role involves preparing journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, analyzing general ledger and bank accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. You will work closely with the Director of Treasury Operations and other finance teams to maintain strong internal controls and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, funding analysis, and investment transactions.

Access and analyze bank and investment reports to assist in cash forecasting and reporting.

Review daily check clearing exceptions (Positive Pay), monitor ACH return items, and ensure timely resolution to mitigate fraud risks.

Prepare and initiate wire transfers and ACH disbursements based on accounts payable data; maintain accurate bank routing details.

Assist with calculating funding needs and redemption of investment funds to support disbursements.

Prepare month-end journal entries and treasury-related reports; support reconciliation of banking and investment accounts.

Deliver banking statements and reports to the financial reporting and tax teams for month-end close.

Collaborate with financial reporting staff on weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.

Assist with updates to cash projection and daily liquidity reports.

Support access to credit facilities, including Letter of Credit drawdowns, and help review investment strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–5 years of relevant treasury or accounting experience.

Strong understanding of GAAP, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
