Company Overview

  • Oversee and review journal entries and general ledger maintenance.

  • Supervise the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports and statements prior to management approval.

  • Manage capital calls, distributions, and ensure timely client communication regarding notices and investor inquiries.

  • Collaborate with clients to establish deadlines for deliverables in accordance with LPA requirements.

  • Review wire transfers and team wires before treasury approval.

  • Prepare and review complex calculations, including waterfall and management fees.

  • Assist in training and developing new team members.

  • Manage client onboarding processes and oversee deliverable deadlines.

  • Coordinate special projects based on client requests and management direction.

Problem Resolution and Administration

  • Multi-task across various clients and internal demands efficiently.

  • Stay updated on job knowledge through ongoing education, internal training, and professional development.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills, especially Excel, and assist with technical questions within the team.

  • Lead daily team operations and provide guidance in the absence of management.

  • Provide suggestions for team and company-wide training opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, methods, and internal controls.

  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

  • High motivation to meet client service standards with professionalism.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and assist team members with workload coordination.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial systems; experience with Investran or partnership accounting software is a plus.

  • Strong research, interpretation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (MBA or MSA preferred).

  • CPA license preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Investran or other partnership accounting software a plus.

  • Strong multitasking, time management, attention to detail, and planning skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both written and oral.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple teams and priorities.
