CentraComm is seeking a Network Engineer to play a pivotal role within our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC). This position is responsible for the configuration, support, and strategic improvement of our routing and switching infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure optimal network performance, drive innovation in service offerings, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for service-related network issues

Deploy and manage customer network devices and internal infrastructure

Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal teams

Monitor network events, analyze alerts, and resolve issues proactively

Serve as an escalation point and mentor for NOC Technicians and junior engineers

Contribute to research, testing, and evaluation of new technologies

Support sales and marketing efforts with technical expertise

Maintain accurate network documentation and update CRM systems

Participate in a rotating 24×7 on-call schedule
Qualifications

Proven experience in network engineering (routing/switching)

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to mentor team members and lead technical initiatives

Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
