This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in food, drink, and service standards.
- Event Management: Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to execute a diverse range of events, from brunches to late-night parties.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, stock control, labour costs, and overall financial performance.
- Community Engagement: Build strong local relationships and drive repeat business.
- Compliance: Maintain licensing, health and safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume, food-led venue.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing busy services, including late nights and events.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on driving business growth and managing costs.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food, drinks, and guest experiences.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
