EG Group is seeking a dynamic Starbucks Store Manager to lead our Dunblane store. This hands-on leadership role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high standards, motivating the team, and driving store success through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, cash management, and inventory.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming environment and uphold Starbucks’ high standards in product quality and service.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales, waste, and labour costs, implementing action plans to achieve targets.
  • Compliance: Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with Starbucks procedures.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and develop team members, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, manage expenditures, and analyse store performance.
  • Employee Well-being: Foster a positive work environment, addressing grievances and recognising achievements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role within retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
