About Social Media Manager Remote Role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team. You’ll lead social media strategy, content creation, engagement, and reporting—amplifying Loopio’s brand across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
This role is highly collaborative and involves working with cross-functional teams like Product, Talent, Customer Success, and Internal Communications, as well as our Employee Resource Groups. You’ll be our brand voice on social—driving engagement, building community, and creating content that sparks conversation.
What You’ll Do as Social Media Manager Remote

Own Loopio’s social media strategy across major platforms: plan, create, and publish engaging content

Collaborate with teams to bring company culture to life externally and support broader business objectives

Build and manage online communities—especially in adjacent spaces to the Proposal Management ecosystem

Monitor and respond to community inquiries and mentions; manage brand sentiment and ensure rapid engagement

Track and report on KPIs like reach, engagement, traffic, and sentiment—continuously optimizing performance

Stay ahead of emerging platform trends and internet culture to produce timely and bold content

Execute social-first initiatives: real-time storytelling, video content, and community-building campaigns

Manage social risks and collaborate on crisis communications if needed

Create original, high-quality posts, videos, and branded content that supports thought leadership and awareness

Set clear goals for audience growth, engagement, and brand reach using data, insights, and best practices
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of B2B social media experience—building audiences and managing communities

Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, X, and their algorithms

Proven track record of creating content that resonates, engages, and aligns with brand voice

Experience managing executive social profiles and internal employee advocacy campaigns

Skilled in tools like Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing platforms

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action

Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt, pivot, and collaborate across departments

Comfortable working in high-growth, remote-first environments

Willing to travel occasionally within North America to attend internal events and create real-time content
