Located within the historic Windsor Estate, the Windsor Farm Shop offers a unique retail experience, providing customers with high-quality products sourced from local producers and the estate itself. As a Windsor Farm Shop Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our shop’s esteemed reputation.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and informative shopping experience.

Sales Operations: Operate tills accurately, manage transactions, and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are well-organized and appealing.

Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the shop, including regular checks of facilities.

Qualifications and Skills
