Join Hilti’s Fieldwire team as an Account Executive, Digital Sales, where you will drive digital sales success within the UK’s construction sector. This hybrid role, based out of Manchester, offers the flexibility of both office and remote work, giving you the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Account Executive, Digital Sales, you will engage with SMB and Mid-Market clients, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Account Executive, Digital Sales – Sales Leadership and Pipeline Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, nurture client relationships, and close deals.

  • Master the Fieldwire value proposition and effectively communicate its benefits.

  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape to position Fieldwire effectively.

Account Executive, Digital Sales – Strategic Client Management

  • Identify and engage with SMB and Mid-Market clients in the construction industry.

  • Drive net new revenue through inbound and outbound sales activities.

  • Collaborate with sales management and solutions specialists to support client success.

  • Utilize a methodical sales approach, from prospecting to contract negotiation.

Essential Skills for Account Executive, Digital Sales

  • 2–3 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in the construction sector.

  • Proven success in managing contract values above £20,000 ARR.

  • Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales process independently.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Experience with territory management and sales strategy development.
