 Role Overview: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s growing team. Reporting directly to the Digital Director, you will play a critical role in driving the Digital First strategy, optimizing digital trading, marketing, and customer experience across owned websites and third-party marketplaces like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.

If you are a data-driven, commercially minded digital marketing expert with a passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of digital channels, this role is for you.

 Key Responsibilities

 Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy that drives online B2C sales and maximizes revenue.

  • Manage and optimize product performance, pricing, stock, and digital content across websites and third-party marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).

  • Coordinate and execute weekly e-commerce updates, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns.

 E-commerce Management

  • Oversee digital trading, ensuring seamless customer experience across online channels.

  • Monitor and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum conversion.

  • Use data insights to forecast growth, track sales performance, and drive revenue with a focus on profitability.

 Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.

  • Use analytical tools to identify trends, optimize strategies, and enhance digital performance.

  • Present reports to senior management, making data-driven recommendations.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including content, creative, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand message.

  • Collaborate with external partners and third-party platforms for effective digital trading and marketing.

Candidate Profile: Digital Marketing Manager

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing Management, with a focus on e-commerce and digital trading.

  • Expertise with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Commercially minded with a focus on revenue growth and margin optimization.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media.

  • A self-motivated, proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing.
