Role Overview: Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s growing team. Reporting directly to the Digital Director, you will play a critical role in driving the Digital First strategy, optimizing digital trading, marketing, and customer experience across owned websites and third-party marketplaces like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
If you are a data-driven, commercially minded digital marketing expert with a passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of digital channels, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy that drives online B2C sales and maximizes revenue.

Manage and optimize product performance, pricing, stock, and digital content across websites and third-party marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).

Coordinate and execute weekly e-commerce updates, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns.
E-commerce Management

Oversee digital trading, ensuring seamless customer experience across online channels.

Monitor and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum conversion.

Use data insights to forecast growth, track sales performance, and drive revenue with a focus on profitability.
Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.

Use analytical tools to identify trends, optimize strategies, and enhance digital performance.

Present reports to senior management, making data-driven recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams, including content, creative, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand message.
