Role Overview: Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, boost online sales, and enhance brand visibility. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for social media, paid advertising, email marketing, content creation, and influencer outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Paid Advertising

Design and execute high-performing Meta Ads strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.
Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring consistent branding across channels.
Track, analyze, and optimize paid campaign performance for better results.

Email Marketing

Develop, manage, and optimize impactful email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Create automated email flows to boost customer retention and sales.
Analyze email performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Content Creation & Events

Lead the creation of engaging content for social media, including video content.
Plan and coordinate in-store and online events to drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Influencer Marketing & Outreach

Identify, manage, and nurture relationships with influencers to increase brand awareness.
Design and execute influencer campaigns that align with Bathshack’s goals.
Monitor influencer performance and optimize partnerships.

Marketing Management & Leadership

Oversee the organization and management of all marketing materials.
Lead and mentor a small but growing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Provide clear reports on marketing performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile: Marketing Manager

Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
Expertise with Meta Ads, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
Confident on camera, with experience creating engaging video content.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A creative thinker who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Leadership experience with a passion for developing and guiding team members.

Working Hours

Full-time role (40 hours per week)
Flexible start between 8:00 am – 9:00 am and finish between 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Occasional weekend work may be required.
