 Role Overview: Affiliate Marketing Manager (UK Market)

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for Bitpanda in the UK market. This is a key role where you will lead affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives, optimize performance, and foster strategic partnerships.

 Key Responsibilities

 Strategic Affiliate Management

• Lead and manage affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the UK market.

• Build, maintain, and grow the UK partner network, establishing strong relationships with affiliates and influencers.

• Develop localized strategies that align with Bitpanda’s global growth objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, product, compliance, creative) to deliver impactful campaigns.

 Performance Optimization

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Achieve and exceed defined ROI and user acquisition targets.

• Use data insights to optimize affiliate and influencer channels for maximum revenue growth.

 Partner Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for UK affiliate and influencer partners.

• Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with Bitpanda’s brand guidelines.

• Identify and onboard new partners to expand Bitpanda’s reach in the UK.

 Candidate Profile: Who You Are

• 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the crypto or finance sectors.

• Proven track record of driving growth through affiliate and influencer channels.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage partners effectively.

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns.

• Experience with partnership management platforms (e.g., Impact Radius) is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English, comfortable working with UK-based partners.
