The Role

As Digital Events and Operations Manager, you will be the key driver of our investor calls, webinars, and related marketing activities. You’ll coordinate and live-host approximately 20 investor calls per quarter on Zoom, manage additional internal/external webinars, handle communications, and collaborate with marketing to promote these events.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, schedule, and manage investor calls and webinars including hybrid regional/global town halls.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Develop presentation materials, agendas, and talking points in partnership with senior management and marketing.

  • Serve as primary contact before, during, and after events.

  • Handle technical setup and live hosting on Zoom and other platforms (On24, WebEx, GoToWebinar).

  • Promote events through email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), investor portal (Investor Flow), LinkedIn, and the web (Adobe).

  • Distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and gather feedback to improve future events.

  • Maintain detailed attendance and engagement reports with timely distribution of recordings.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

  • Support other digital marketing projects during quieter periods.

Who You Are

  • Experienced with 4+ years in virtual event management, ideally within investor relations, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Zoom and other webinar tools.

  • Comfortable with flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights to support global audiences.

  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.

  • Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of investment management or investor relations is a plus.
