Company Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily accounting operations, providing valuable insights through detailed financial analysis, and ensuring the accurate maintenance of the general ledger. You will also gain hands-on experience in cost accounting and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.

Provide meaningful financial analysis on sales, margins, expenditures, and key operational metrics (KPIs).

Ensure data accuracy through monthly general ledger reconciliations for critical balance sheet accounts.

Manage the preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.

Oversee the Fixed Asset process, including capitalization, depreciation, disposal tracking, and bi-annual inventory management.

Conduct monthly credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Contribute to audit preparedness by supporting both internal and external audits.

Collaborate across teams, providing ad hoc support for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Experience with Oracle ERP is highly preferred.

Compensation:

Pay: $80,000 – $85,000 per year
