Shifts: Monday – Sunday, between 6:00am – 10:00pm (rota-based)

About the Role:

At B&Q, we believe everyone can improve their home to make life better—and our Store to Home Pickers play a vital part in that journey. You’ll be responsible for picking and preparing customer orders for collection or delivery, helping ensure every product—whether a pot of paint or a garden bench—is ready and accurate on time.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, combining your organisational skills with a hands-on approach and great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare products for click-and-collect and home delivery services.

  • Interact with customers to offer support, advice, and excellent service.

  • Handle a wide range of products, including heavy lifting of items like compost and building materials.

  • Work flexibly across a rota schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.

  • Embrace new technologies and systems to support daily tasks.

  • Confident and friendly communicator with great customer service skills.

  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items safely.

  • Willing to learn new processes and technologies.

  • Flexible and available to work varied shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends.
