Based in Adderbury, our team is expanding, and we are currently looking for a reliable and organised Office/Claims Administrator to support our daily operations and claims processes.

Role Overview

As an Office/Claims Administrator, you will work closely with the Directors, Office Manager, and Technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to support the smooth running of insurance claims, ensuring efficient communication, accurate documentation, and outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle enquiries professionally

  • Assist with managing technician diaries and scheduling appointments

  • Support the claims process, including drafting reports and updating case files

  • Generate estimates following technician assessments

  • Create and manage invoices via our claims management system

  • Liaise with customers and insurance providers throughout the lifecycle of a claim

  • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service

  • Manage ongoing claims and compile new instruction details

  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers

  • Organise external contractors and schedule vehicle maintenance

  • Maintain accurate data entry and update our CRM and claims systems

  • Accept and log customer deliveries at our storage facility

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven administrative experience is essential

  • Experience in insurance or claims handling is desirable

  • Familiarity with CRMs, databases, or claims management systems

  • Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and Office products

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

  • Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
