Saltus is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Advice Delivery Manager (ADM) to lead our Financial Planning Pods and support seamless delivery of client services and administrative operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Advice Delivery Manager, you’ll:

Lead the Advice Support Functions (Paraplanning & Planning Support) within one or more Pods

Ensure structured, high-quality support is delivered to Advisers and clients

Drive operational efficiency and consistency across Pods by implementing standardised best practices

Provide leadership and oversight to team members, ensuring performance, development, and accountability

Report directly to the Pod Leader, ensuring alignment of team resources with business goals

Work with the Training and People teams to enhance onboarding, professional development, and performance

Leverage MI tools to monitor performance and support structured bonus schemes
-
Coordinate workload planning, resource allocation, and service improvement initiatives

Act as a key point of contact for team issues, escalations, and stakeholder communication

Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies

Help onboard new hires and lead performance reviews within your Pod

Support company-wide process improvements and change management
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:

3–5+ years’ experience in Paraplanning, Client Services, or Financial Advice Support

Strong team management and operational leadership skills
-
Excellent knowledge of financial planning processes and client service functions
-
Proficient in analysing Management Information (MI) and implementing performance metrics

Experience working within FCA-regulated environments

High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Approachable, organised, and solutions-driven team player
-
Familiarity with performance-based team management and structured bonus systems
Desirable:

Industry qualifications (e.g. CII, PFS) are a plus and will be supported during employment

Understanding of the Advice process, empathy for the roles of Paraplanners and Support staff
