West Suffolk College is seeking highly organised and detail-oriented Examinations Officers to join our dynamic Exams Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for precision to contribute to a forward-thinking education provider at the heart of the Eastern Education Group.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant administration of examinations across the college.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately register students and process exam entries in line with awarding body regulations

Liaise with internal departments and awarding organisations to ensure timely submissions

Manage exam materials, prepare invigilator packs, and coordinate online and on-demand tests

Maintain accurate and secure exam data and assist with audits and compliance

Resolve queries from students, staff, and awarding organisations professionally

Provide administrative and operational support for exam invigilation as required
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Can remain calm and work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak exam periods

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Is confident using IT systems to manage and maintain data
-
Has prior experience in administration (preferably in exams or education, but not essential)
