Position Summary
Tradeweb is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Data Analyst to support its US Credit Sales team. This role is central to interpreting trading data, building internal and client-facing reports, and delivering actionable insights to enhance strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be analytically driven, exceptionally organized, and confident working in a fast-paced, data-centric environment. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders—Sales, Product, and senior leadership—to develop robust dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models that enable more informed business decisions and deepen client engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools that generate meaningful insights for sales teams and external clients.

Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, coordinating with data and business teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Analyze business performance data to identify key trends and opportunities for strategic focus.

Respond to ad hoc data requests, reprioritizing quickly and effectively to support evolving needs.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and leadership teams to design and refine data-driven solutions that align with business goals.

Modernize legacy reporting systems, ensuring compliance with data governance, legal, and marketing standards.

Build interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau for both internal and client-facing use.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in a data analytics or reporting-focused role.

Advanced proficiency in Tableau (minimum 2 years of experience), Excel, and SQL.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights in a clear, impactful way.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a high-performance environment.

Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Experience working with large datasets and an understanding of relational databases.

Python experience is a plus.

Knowledge of or exposure to Fixed Income Markets is highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000–$180,000/year (based on qualifications and experience)
