Now Hiring: Sales Executive (Hybrid – Detroit, MI)
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based in Detroit, Michigan, and involves regular in-person client meetings. You’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and promoting our staffing solutions with insight and integrity.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will:

Identify and target prospective clients through research, lead generation, and market analysis

Develop a deep understanding of our service offerings to effectively address client challenges

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling (50+ dials/day), networking, referrals, and strategic outreach

Conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects to build strong, lasting partnerships

Present, negotiate, and close staffing solutions tailored to client needs

Execute sales strategies and consistently exceed performance goals

Address questions and objections with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 5 years of professional staffing experience

Strong business acumen and a track record of success in sales or client engagement
