The Opportunity

As a Sales Executive, your mission is to grow our portfolio of luxury vacation rental properties in the Orange County market. You’ll be the face of our brand locally—building meaningful relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and other referral partners. By combining strategic outreach with a deep understanding of client needs, you’ll help property owners unlock the full potential of their homes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new vacation rental properties

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through networking and direct outreach

  • Deliver compelling, professional presentations to prospective clients

  • Maintain consistent lead follow-up using a CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and local market expertise


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within vacation rentals, property management, or real estate

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach

  • Knowledge of short-term rental platforms and hospitality trends is a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000–$70,000

  • First-year commissions expected to exceed $45,000

  • Monthly auto allowance
