Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior to Associate-level Medical Account Executive (Territory Manager) to lead business development efforts within a promising territory. This role is perfect for someone skilled at building trusted relationships, developing strategic growth plans, and delivering genuine value to physician partners and their patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and increase market share throughout your assigned territory.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and their teams through regular in-person visits and effective communication—primarily with existing referral sources.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory business plans aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with clinic leadership to execute strategies that promote growth and increase awareness.

  • Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at events, educational sessions, and meetings.

  • Continuously update your knowledge through ongoing product and industry training.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of outside sales experience, with medical sales experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; persuasive, strategic, and relationship-focused.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
