Make a Difference as an LPN/LVN

Your role will include:

Delivering direct patient care based on individualized care plans and physician orders
Monitoring and documenting patient symptoms, vital signs, and treatment responses
Working closely with RNs to communicate patient status and carry out care plans
Building meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery
Celebrating progress and patient milestones

Qualifications

Current LPN/LVN license in accordance with state requirements
CPR certification
At least one year of experience in an inpatient or medical-surgical setting preferred
Prior rehabilitation experience is a plus
