Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care and support in a healthcare setting. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses or medical professionals, the CNA plays a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their health, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Support patient mobility by helping with transfers (bed, chair, stretcher) and ambulation

Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse; promptly report any irregularities

Respond to patient calls, observe conditions, and relay concerns or changes to the nursing team

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and health status

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure high-quality care

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient support
Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania

High school diploma or GED

Familiarity with medical terminology and basic nursing care procedures

Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
