Role Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll lead or contribute to the preparation of complex financial statements, oversee ledger entries, manage audits, and support policy and process improvements. You’ll play a key role in analyzing financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support financial statement preparation and ledger management

Reconcile accounts and bank statements

Analyze financial operations and suggest procedural enhancements

Prepare audit documentation and monthly financial reports

Provide guidance to junior accounting staff

Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
-
High School diploma or GED + 8 years of accounting experience, including 2 years of formal training

OR Associate’s degree + 6 years

OR Bachelor’s degree + 4 years

OR Master’s degree + 2 years

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial software

Effective communication skills and strong safety awareness
