Your Role
As a caregiver at TheKey, you will implement personalized care plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. By delivering exceptional care, assisting with daily activities, and providing supervision, you become an essential part of your clients’ lives. Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance to clients

Support transportation needs for appointments, errands, and activities (valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration required for driving)

Prepare nutritious meals

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including patience and attentive listening

Essential Duties

Deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes

Follow comprehensive, personalized care plans and weekly schedules
-
Perform daily tasks safely and professionally, including activities of daily living (ADLs)

Offer personal companionship and provide ongoing social and emotional support

Assist with hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, feeding, and housekeeping
-
Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, using proper transfer techniques
-
Provide transportation as needed

Document care activities and report any changes in clients’ physical, mental, or behavioral conditions
Qualifications
To begin, you must:

Hold a CNA, HCA, or NAR certification with a Grandfather letter, or be able to obtain certification within 120 days of hire

Preferably have a driver’s license, vehicle, insurance, and registration for client transportation (not required)

Have open availability, including weekends (strongly preferred)

Possess basic computer skills

Provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
