The Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Lab organization delivers world-class lab environments that support global service operations. Focused on operational excellence and innovation, we drive automation and virtualization to maximize Cisco’s lab capabilities worldwide.
Your Role
As a self-motivated, collaborative professional, you will design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable network solutions. You’ll support lab infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and develop automation workflows to streamline deployments. Your feedback will help improve existing architectures, and you’ll work closely with technical leaders to ensure minimal service disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and support lab network infrastructure (IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NX-OS, FTD, ISE)

Ensure high network availability and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues

Develop automation scripts and workflows

Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Enterprise, Data Center, or Security support or a related technical degree

Strong Routing & Switching or Security background (Cisco preferred)

Scripting skills (bash, Python, Perl)

Experience with WireShark and network traffic analysis
-
CCNP certification or equivalent expertise
