What You’ll Do – Your Daily Quest

First-Line Support: Triage and resolve SIM and hardware queries with confidence.

Multichannel Communication: Use tools like Zendesk, chat, and SIMPro to guide customers to solutions.

Promote Self-Service: Champion the SIMPro portal to enhance the customer experience.

Troubleshooting: Resolve issues from diagnostics to password resets.

Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage PowerBI, Zendesk, Salesforce, and SIMPro to analyse and improve service.

Team Collaboration: Support platform readiness, contribute to training, and keep learning.

Customer Onboarding: Help new customers onboard seamlessly and host platform training.
What You Bring
-
2+ years of experience in customer service or customer success roles
-
A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Zendesk a plus
-
Ability to work at pace, manage multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure
