Customer Service Advisor – Affordable Repayments Support

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support repayment management.

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial situations and provide suitable solutions.

  • Ensure customers are treated with respect, empathy, and fairness at all times.

  • Accurately update internal systems and maintain clear records of all customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with your team to meet personal and departmental performance goals.

  • Demonstrate compliance with regulatory procedures and internal policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a customer-first mindset. While previous experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, or hospitality is desirable, it is not essential. We provide full training and continuous development opportunities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service (desirable)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience using multiple computer systems and data entry platforms

  • Good numeracy skills for calculating repayment plans

  • Proven problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of following company procedures and compliance

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C or above in Maths and English desirable)

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Full-time permanent role: 37.5 hours per week

  • Shift pattern with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–2pm)

  • Friday off when working a Saturday shift
