Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

  • Use product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and support Partnership profits.

  • Place the customer at the heart of your work by proactively understanding their needs and resolving queries.

  • Work flexibly across departments, assisting with till operations, stock replenishment, price ticketing, and maintaining shop presentation.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing solutions.

  • Support profit protection through accurate stock counting and loss prevention.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Basic IT literacy.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential). Full training will be provided.

  • Experience with merchandising and product displays.
