About the Role
Do you have a friendly, helpful attitude and enjoy going the extra mile for customers? Join Morrisons as a Customer Assistant within our Service departments, supporting checkouts, self-service kiosks, and market street areas. You’ll deliver exceptional service to ensure every customer has a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
In this versatile role, you will also be trained to work across replenishment and other store departments to provide support wherever it’s needed most.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service at checkouts, self-serve kiosks, and service counters.

Assist customers with queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Support stock replenishment and maintain high standards in the Market Street area.

Use store equipment safely while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Adapt to different tasks based on store needs and support team members collaboratively.
