Your Mission as a Meeting & Events Coordinator

As our Meeting & Events Coordinator at TSH Glasgow, you’ll be the heartbeat of our events and commercial partnerships, ensuring that every booking and meeting is flawlessly executed and unforgettable. You’ll support revenue growth by driving bookings across meeting rooms, hotel stays, co-working memberships, and restaurant services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming event and partnership queries via email, phone, and third-party platforms

  • Drive business into TSH Glasgow by developing customer accounts across all revenue streams

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed event documentation and function sheets

  • Host events and meetings in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders

  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat bookings

  • Collaborate with the Finance team on invoicing, payments, and reporting

  • Contribute to local commercial strategy and assist in marketing rollouts

  • Track KPIs and compile reports for the cluster and commercial teams

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or commercial coordination

  • A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and multitasking

  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service

  • Sales-driven with a commercial mindset and problem-solving attitude

  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment

  • Located in (or open to relocating to) the Glasgow area
