As a Starbucks Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store—driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a positive, inclusive team culture. From managing inventory and boosting sales to mentoring baristas and serving customers, you’ll be hands-on in every part of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Starbucks operational standards, including health and food safety procedures.
Lead all aspects of inventory, stock control, merchandising, and waste management.
Monitor and manage labour costs, waste reduction, and overall store efficiency.
Handle cash management, including banking summaries, budget planning, and theft prevention.
Coach and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and welcoming environment.
Oversee recruitment, rotas, and training of new team members.
Drive performance through upselling promotions, customer service, and team motivation.
Manage any grievances or disciplinary actions per EG Group policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous management experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage.
A customer-focused leader with a hands-on approach.
Strong communication skills across all levels.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lead by example and inspire team performance.
