This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Buyer with strong supplier negotiation skills and menswear experience to shape our seasonal collections and help deliver profitable growth across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development:

Drive the menswear product lifecycle from proto to in-store delivery.

Identify new product opportunities based on market and performance trends.

Deliver commercially balanced ranges aligned with margin, cost, and brand targets.

Ensure on-time product delivery (95%+ availability) and strong critical path management.

Attend fit sessions, sample reviews, and manage approvals with design and tech teams.

Support in developing structured range frameworks and planning.
Supplier & Production Management:
-
Build and manage supplier relationships (Bangladesh/China focus).
-
Negotiate cost prices and oversee margin delivery.
-
Track and manage the production process from SMS to warehouse delivery.
-
Contribute to Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and deliver in-season trading opportunities.
Collaboration & Trading:

Work closely with design, merchandising, garment tech, and marketing teams.

Attend weekly trade meetings to highlight and act on trading opportunities.

Conduct store visits and competitor analysis to keep the range competitive.

Lead sample management for showrooms, catalogues, PR, and marketing campaigns.

Experience in a similar buying role within Menswear.

Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.

Solid understanding of critical path management.

Confident with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
