Job Overview
Are you passionate about working with children and ready to launch your career in education? Envision Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in secondary schools across Slough.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (8:30am – 4:00pm), ideal for individuals with prior SEND experience who are committed to making a real difference throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities

Support children with SEND in their academic, emotional, and social development.

Provide 1:1 tailored support to help pupils reach developmental and educational milestones.

Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.

Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCOs to adapt learning resources and strategies.

Track and report on student progress and highlight areas for further development.
Requirements

Available to start immediately and able to commit for the entire academic year.

Experience supporting students with SEND in a UK school setting (secondary preferred).

Holds or is willing to obtain a valid Child-Only Enhanced DBS Check.

Lives in or is able to commute to Slough.

Able to provide UK-based references verifying your experience with children.
