Company Overview
Since 1978, Bluegrass Care Navigators has supported thousands of families across our communities. Over more than four decades, we have expanded our services to offer expert care well before the final stages of life.
Though we now assist more individuals in a wider variety of ways and earlier in their illness journey, we remain true to our roots. Our compassion and dedication—originally established as Hospice of the Bluegrass—continue to guide us, reflected today in a name that better represents our broadening range of care services.
Position Overview
As a member of the Bluegrass Care Navigators (BCN) Hospice Team, you will provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families who have chosen comfort-focused care over curative treatment for their terminal illnesses. When patients require more intensive care, services are also provided at our Hospice Care Centers.
At BCN, we prioritize a respectful and fair work environment where every team member is valued. We offer opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative team setting. Join #TeamBCN and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.
