Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $77.87


What We’re Looking For

  • A pharmacist with a strong commitment to serving underserved and diverse populations.

  • Experience in community or ambulatory pharmacy settings is preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care services, including:

    • Drug Utilization Reviews

    • Patient Counseling

    • Medication Therapy Management (MTM)

    • Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM)

    • Prescribe drugs/devices under valid protocols

    • Order, interpret, and monitor lab tests

  • Participate in post-diagnosis disease state management

  • Handle prescription receiving, transferring, and verification

  • Oversee pharmacy personnel to ensure proper scope-of-practice activities

  • Safeguard pharmacy inventory and prevent drug diversion

  • Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws

  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to organizational policies and provider instructions

  • Stay current with clinical knowledge through continuing education and professional involvement


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required

  • Current Oregon Pharmacist License required

  • PharmD and bilingual fluency in English/Spanish preferred
