Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Sigma.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports.

  • Create internal scorecards to monitor business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting outputs, assisting with data validation and integrity checks from multiple data sources.

  • Partner closely with data engineering and IT teams to support proper data integration and architecture.

  • Automate manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Maintain and update documentation and dashboards as needed to reflect current data and reporting needs.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience using MS Excel and business intelligence tools.

Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau.

  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets from relational databases.

  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.

  • Experience with data analysis and scripting languages like Python or R is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.

  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
