Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Sigma.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports.

Create internal scorecards to monitor business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting outputs, assisting with data validation and integrity checks from multiple data sources.

Partner closely with data engineering and IT teams to support proper data integration and architecture.

Automate manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Maintain and update documentation and dashboards as needed to reflect current data and reporting needs.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Proven experience using MS Excel and business intelligence tools.
Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst.

Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau.

Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets from relational databases.

Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.

Experience with data analysis and scripting languages like Python or R is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.

Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
