Mind Body Physiotherapy is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) with a specialization in vestibular rehabilitation, cervicogenic headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ/TMD) dysfunction to join our growing team in Austin.
We are a performance-based clinic committed to holistic, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on individualized treatment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team while delivering 1:1 patient care in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with:

Vestibular dysfunction (e.g., BPPV, vestibular neuritis, central vestibular disorders)

EDH/POTS/HSD
-
Cervicogenic headaches
-
TMJ/TMD-related conditions
-

Deliver care using a combination of:

Manual therapy techniques
-
Therapeutic exercise
-
Neuromuscular re-education
-
Patient education and self-management strategies

Collaborate with referring providers including physicians, neurologists, dentists, and optometrists.

Maintain detailed, timely, and compliant documentation and billing.

Stay up to date with the latest clinical advancements through ongoing professional development.
Skills & Competencies
-
Proficient in manual therapy (joint mobilization, myofascial release)

Skilled in vestibular rehab techniques (canalith repositioning, habituation, VRT)

Experience in postural correction, neuromuscular re-education, and headache management

Strong communication and patient education abilities

Comfortable working independently and in a team-based, interdisciplinary setting

Committed to ongoing learning and growth
Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
-
3–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred (new grads considered case-by-case)

Valid Texas Physical Therapy License in good standing
