As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join their New York office. This is a critical role within their technology organization, focused on enhancing and maintaining the sophisticated infrastructure that underpins their trading operations.

You will work closely with the trading and software development teams, playing a key role in supporting and optimizing equity trading applications. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and efficiency of the firm’s trading activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering and a passion for working in high-performance, technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with trading and development teams to ensure seamless performance of equity trading applications.

  • Maintain, scale, and optimize the firm’s core infrastructure to support low-latency trading operations.

  • Develop tools and automation processes to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of a bespoke trading platform by integrating cutting-edge technologies.
