Summary
We have an exciting opportunity in our Automated Fuels Delivery division for a full-time CDL Truck Driver based in Fargo, ND. This role involves safely and efficiently delivering refined fuels and gasoline to CHS customer locations.
This position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

Deliver products accurately and on time to customers, ensuring safety, professionalism, and efficiency.

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections, proper load securement, and hours-of-service requirements.

Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes.

Work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business needs.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, identifying hazards, and correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.

Assist warehouse staff and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements.

At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Transportation, or Logistics.

High School diploma or GED.

Must meet minimum age requirements.
Additional Qualifications

Must meet all DOT and company-specific requirements.

Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).

Willingness to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Experience with bulk liquids is preferred.

Selected candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screenings including drug tests, background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, physical exams, and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks, depending on the position.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs, and perform activities such as walking, standing, sitting, bending, and kneeling.
Compensation and Benefits
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes a base wage plus potential bonuses, incentives, and commissions depending on the position. Actual pay will be based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and certifications.
